Arabian Travel Market 2011, riconosciuto a livello internazionale come l’evento di punta dell’industria dei viaggi e del turismo in Medio Oriente, il principale appuntamento dell’industria turistica in Medio Oriente, si svolgerà a Dubai dal 2 al 5 maggio 2011 presso l’International Convention and Exhibition Centre di Dubai.
L’evento consentirà ai professionisti del turismo inbound e outbound di potenziare le opportunità d’affari con il Medio Oriente attraverso l’esposizione di varie opzioni di alloggio, attrazioni turistiche, itinerari e nuove rotte aeree. Al solito sarà presente la Etihad Airways, compagnia di bandiera degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, sponsor della Ferrari e del Gran Premio di Formula 1 di Abu Dhabi.

Il Direttore Generale dell’ENIT-Agenzia, Paolo Rubini, è intervenuto all’Arabian Travel Market di Dubai 2010,  al quale hanno partecipato 2200 espositori in rappresentanza di 119 Paesi, oltre 17.200 visitatori, 11660 visitatori trade e 880 giornalisti. Con uno spazio di 150 mq, l’ENIT ha presentato l’Italia al mondo medio orientale, durante i quattro giorni fieristici e sarà presente anche nella prossima edizione.

Hala Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways’ destination management company, launched its 2010 Formula 1™ brochure at this year’s Arabian Travel Market 2010, featuring exclusive packages for the 2010 Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix which took place between November 12 and 14, 2010.

Peter Baumgartner, Etihad Airways Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Our visitors at the ATM were the first to see our exciting Formula 1™ packages. Formula 1™ Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is generating a growing international exposure for both Etihad Airways and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

“Being the national airline of the UAE and the airline of Abu Dhabi, we are delighted to play a crucial role in supporting this major event and distributing Formula 1™ offers, our most widely sought packages, to motor racing fans in the UAE and across the world for the first time through Hala Abu Dhabi.”

To coincide with the launch of the Hala Abu Dhabi Formula 1™ brochure, visitors to the Etihad stand at the ATM were able to experience two interactive F1™ racing cars simulators.
