Job Description: A–solutions require a Business Development Associate for the generation and development of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling ERP support and implementation services to CIO / CXOs of major brands companies. The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities: (1) You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for a–solutions to an agreed annual target revenue, to increase year on year.
(2) Presenting a–solutions to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
(3) You will be expected to spend 80% of your time out of the office in meetings. Travel is a major factor and is predicted to be predominantly UAE. Travel to GCC countries can be expected from time to time.
(4) Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
(5) Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
(6) Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to a–solutions are captured and explored.

Skills: (a) Strong sales approach.
(b) Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an additional benefit).
