Job Description:
Friendly using office equipment making photocopys, Scanning, printing of all types of documents Maintaining of Kitchen items properly. Cleaning the office and equipment. File transfer to department. Answering the phone calls as required. Treat and serve the company guests. Preparation of Tea, coffee and cold drinks for the staff & guests. Arranging the files & other items at their proper places.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Higher Secondary
Responsibilities:

Skills:
– Able to understand verbal and written instructions Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone. – Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner.
