Dubai, a pearl of the United Arab Emirates, is all set to host an event first of all its own kind where an array of hot air balloons will ignite the night sky like a Firefly. The festival will be organised for 3 days depicting the rich history and heritage of the UAE. This event will be inscribed as one of the memorable days in the history of Dubai where you will get a glimpse of the wonderful Arabian night.
On the occasion of the UAE’s 40th National Day, such a spectacular festival will enlighten your mind and soul. You will get a chance to watch a flock of balloons flying in sky crossing Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Khalif, almost resembling as an amazing wonders seen in the skyline of the city.
This festival will be supported by a Stadia5 SSC event in collaboration with the Dubai Government and the Dubai Sports Council under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Amongst the attractions, you will get an opportunity to watch the following shows:
The events occurs in the late evening. Almost all of the hot air balloons will be grouped in the evening in Meydan. These balloons will be arranged in such a way that they are going to take off in the sky. Instead of ascending, the balloons will be held down.
This will also allow a perfect glimpse of night sky where the giant balloons will glow like a huge light bulbs recalling that of Chinese lanterns. Hence, this will unleash a predominant preview for the spectators.
All participants will be allowed to release their balloons together so that the sky gets filled with lots of balloons. Hence, this will attract many visitors out there.
At the Night Glow show, the mass floating skylamps release will be the climax of the evening. This will be a symbol of Unity where all (Company staff or students) will come together and actively participate to release the Skylamps.
