IML Group is looking for a team of dedicated, motivated, self–confident, and hardworking In–Store Retail, Merchandising and Sales Consultant and Brand Ambassadors for a Top–Leading US “Fortune 25” Brand to be hired for a two year term, as a full time employee.

Job Overview:–

In–Store Retail Sales Consultant is a representative who serves as a Brand ambassador and business manager and influence for a Top–Leading US Fortune 25 Brand. The In–Store Sales Consultants role is to grow the Brand and add–on business in the store. He or she is held accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, giving product demonstrations, and ensuring all brand fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained accordingly. The In–Store Sales Consultant is also responsible for training the retail staff on products and store merchandizing and maintenance standards. Other key responsibilities include providing business insights and identifying opportunities.
Locations:–

– Various outlets in Dubai.

Salary:

You will be hired for a two year contract initially; labor card and visa will be provided, WITH ANNUAL LEAVE AND RETURN TICKET.

Salary to be paid is: a package of 7600 per Month.

Starting Date:
Early to Mid September 2012

– Arab, and or Eastern European ONLY.
– Experience in merchandising, Retail and field sales: Minimum 4 Years of experience is vital and minimum.
– Males and Females, 24 to 30 years old.
– Fresh faces that have what it takes to represent a Top–Leading US Fortune 25 brand.
– Dedicated, motivated, Self–confident, Mature, Highly Presentable, smart, & stylish individuals.
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Fluency in English is vital, other languages are a plus Arabic, Russian, Dutch, Frencha.
– Business acumen, professionalism and punctuality.
– Extraordinary customer service skills.
– Adaptive and solution based approach to selling.
– Strong presentation / group demo skills.
– Ability to translate techno speaks into laymanas terms.
– Technology know–how.
– Ability to lead and influence a group of individuals with whom you work.
– Proven self–starter with entrepreneurial flair.
– Self–direction leading to high degree of success throughout his/her career.
– Ability to work autonomously.
