Job Description: Full time job with a multinational BPO, US based organization is looking for Operations Manager:–

– Position based in the Dubai Media City – DMC.
– Attractive remuneration package, employment visa and/or work permit .
– Candidates must be on transferable visa and available to join immediately.
– Timing: Should be flexible as the work will be in shifts.
– Must be fluent in English, Arabic & French.

Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities: – Lead an Operations team of 15–20 people in Insurance based call center environment in a 24*7 environment
– Trilingual (French/Arabic/English) Call center + Call/Correspondence work type
– Manage customer expectations & ensure a robust communication rhythm
– Deliver on Performance SLAs and mitigate any operational losses
– Ensure strong people management practices and develop retention strategies
– Build domain expertise across different work types
– Drive business impact through process improvements using Lean & 6 Sigma
– Manage band 5 hiring as per the growth plans.

Skills: – Candidate must have excellent French, Arabic & English skills (Written & Verbal)
– Candidate should have a strong Operations background in a call center environment
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and team building skills are a must.
– Experience in Business reporting– Daily client dashboards, tracking individual/team performance
– Candidate must have demonstrated leadership in a team environment, work well independently and as a member of a high performance work team.
– Proven ability to co–ordinate multiple activities under pressure.
– Strong customer focus.
